Helen Douglas Project - Wiebke and Renee

Wiebke's

colour diary

I hope one can actually click on the image to enlarge it, so you can read the text on the box.  I will do this little experiment this week and post the results as soon when it's done.
I'm thankful for your thoughts, ideas, ... whatever you think about it interests me.

 Renee's:

This is my book about walking in the mist early in the morning. The photos were taken with my mobile phone as my instant camera stopped working - so this has become a little narrative about not seeing things clearly, and trying to read a landscape but not doing it very well.

  1. Dear Both some thoughts on your HD project/s

    Wiebke
This is a very interesting idea. I like the act of participation requested from yourself to the audience. What will you do with the slips when they have been returned? The piece remind me of the Fluxes boxes from 1960 and 70s.

Your piece looks very poetic. How important were the images for you and what came first images or text? Really like the format and material as it works well with the narrative. Reminds me of some of the work by Frans Baake www.fransbaake.nl

    Thanks Danny,

  3. Hi Danny
I'm going to be diplomatic and say that the images and text were equally important (I took the photos in-between writing snippets in my notebook ... or I wrote in-between taking photos). The editing itself became a way of making that connection more meaningful: blowing up the photos, removing the colour, cropping the images - and then rewriting the text. (It's made me think about how editing things can add layers of distance .. make things less clear rather than more clear). - thanks for the link and your comments!

  4. Now you might understand why Citizen waited until fake Tag Heuer its 100th anniversary as a company to unveil the Caliber 0100 movement. From a watch enthusiast perspective this extremely elegant fake Audemars Piguet wristwatch contains a tour de force of micro-engineering innovation and offers class-defining (and fake IWC record-setting) performance. Any lay consumer can understand and appreciate the superlative accuracy of the movement, as well as the fake Franck Muller durable case and lasting aesthetic style of the Caliber 0100 watch case and dial design. Bringing together so much of what Citizen fake Vacheron Constantin as a company does well, the Caliber 0100 watch isn’t just a compelling limited edition www.rolexreplicauks.co.uk timepiece that ups the bar for the entire brand, it is also a workforce’s love letter to the company they work for delivered on replica watches the important occasion of 100 years making timepieces.
Citizen is not unfamiliar with luxury watches, per replica watches uk se, but unlike Seiko, it has not yet enjoyed too much global success with its higher-end fake rolex fair. A number of years ago, Citizen got a lot of attention when it launched the Campanola fake Rolex (one of which was the second or so timepiece I ever reviewed on aBlogtoWatch) that was aligned as a high-end replica rolex quartz watch collection. Those timepieces remain niche at best, these days. Citizen also later purchased a few Swiss fake watches luxury watch brands and also owns the La Joux-Perret factory in Switzerland. I say all this to give some context rolex replica for Citizen’s involvement in the luxury timepiece space. The Caliber 0100 is not priced like the typical Citizen watch. You Rolex replica get a lot more for your money, but its not common for consumers to spend Rolex money on a fake rolex uk Citizen.
